This policy explains what information Assured Services LLC collects through assuredservicesllc.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, call us at (317) 417-8319 and we'll explain it plainly.
Who we are
Assured Services LLC is a residential property management company located at 4503 Haven Ct, Zionsville, IN 46077. We are the party responsible for the information collected on this website.
Information you give us
We only collect information you actively type into a form on this site:
- Owner quote requests — your name, email, phone, property address or area, expected rent, the services you selected, and any notes you add.
- Contact and service requests — your name, email, phone, property address, and your message.
- Rental inquiries and applications — your name, email, phone, desired move-in date, household size, stated monthly income, pet information, and any notes.
- Client accounts — if you create a portal account: your email, name, phone, and a password. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes; we never see or store your actual password.
- Maintenance requests — the property, category, priority, description, and whether you granted permission to enter.
We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or card numbers anywhere on this website. If a formal rental application later requires screening information, that is handled separately and you will be told exactly what is needed and who processes it.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote or lease.
- To manage your property, lease, payments, and maintenance requests.
- To send you account notifications you have asked for — by email, and by text message only if you opt in.
- To meet our legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking on this website.
Who else touches your information
We use a small number of service providers to run the site. Each sees only what it needs:
- Supabase — hosts our database and account sign-in. Form submissions and account data are stored here.
- PayPal — processes payments. Payment card and bank details are entered on PayPal's own site and are never sent to or stored by us. We receive only a confirmation, an amount, and a transaction ID.
- Resend — delivers notification email, when enabled.
- Twilio — delivers text message alerts, only to people who opt in.
- Google Fonts, cdnjs and jsDelivr — serve fonts and code libraries. Loading these lets those providers see your IP address, as with any resource a browser fetches.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to enforce a lease or management agreement.
Cookies and local storage
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. What we do use:
- Sign-in session storage — if you sign into the client portal, your browser stores a session token so you stay signed in. It is removed when you sign out. Without it, sign-in cannot work.
Because we use no analytics or advertising cookies, there is nothing to opt out of and no cookie consent banner. You can clear site data at any time in your browser settings; doing so will simply sign you out of the portal.
How long we keep it
Inquiries and quote requests are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterward. Records tied to a lease, a payment, or a management agreement are kept as long as Indiana law and our tax obligations require. You may ask us to delete information that we are not legally required to retain.
Your choices
- See or correct your information — signed-in users can view and edit their details under Account in the portal, or ask us directly.
- Turn off notifications — email and text alerts are toggled per account under Account in the portal.
- Stop texts — reply STOP to any text message.
- Ask for deletion — call or email us and we will tell you what we can remove and what we are obliged to keep.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Database access is governed by row-level security rules, so an account can only reach records belonging to it — a resident cannot see another resident's lease, and an owner cannot see another owner's portfolio. No system is perfect, but we do not store payment card data or government identifiers on this site, which keeps the risk low.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing clients will also be sent by email.
